Do failed transcripts use credits?
No. Credits are recorded only after transcript text is produced successfully.
How are longer videos charged?
VidiRelay uses one credit for each started 10-minute block. Processing reserves the estimate first, and a successful 24-minute transcript settles at 3 credits. Failed jobs release the reservation, and editing, exports, sharing, and content tools add no extra charge.
Do I need a subscription?
No subscription is required for the listed credit packs. Buy a pack when the current balance is not enough for the next job.
Which payment methods can I use?
VidiRelay uses secure Stripe Checkout. Depending on your device, location, and currency, checkout may offer cards, Apple Pay, Link, WeChat Pay, or Alipay. The checkout screen shows the payment methods available for your transaction.
